The whole personal data process follow transparency and legal criteria and preserves the integrity of your personal data and legal rights.

Your personal data – collected in our office computers – can only be accessible to our staff, official consultants and technicians that manage our website. 3. The interested person has the rights to obtain:

a) the update, the modification or – when needed – the addition of their data;

b) the cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) the confirmation that the operations expressed in a) and b) are brought to knowledge, also concerning their content, of those the data has been communicated to or shared with, except where such achievement is impossible or requires the unproportioned use of means compared to the protected right.

4. The interested person has the right to oppose, totally or partially:

a) for lawful reasons related to personal data treatment about him, still relevant to the goal of collection;

b) to the treatment of personal data concerning him with the goal of sending advertisement or direct sale material, or for market research and commercial announcements.
